Our Minimum Order Requirement is $50.00 per order.

How To Pay

C.O.D. Check – If you wish to pay with a company check, the name of your bank, account number, and bank telephone number must be on file with us or appear on the check. Must have credit application on file. Please make checks payable to Helium Happies, Inc. Returned check charge is $20.00 per check and/or applicable fees for cost of collection.

C.O.D. Cash – Walk-ins ONLY
Money for the exact amount of the order should be ready upon delivery. A money order or cashier's check will be accepted as the same as C.O.D. CASH orders. Please remember that a personal check
will not be accepted on orders coded as C.O.D. CASH.

Credit Cards – We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards. Please have the card number ready at the beginning of placing your order.

How We Ship
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (PST) are shipped the next business day.

Orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct us otherwise. Current UPS rates apply. Delivery days are based on number of business day (not including Saturday or Sunday).

UPS Next Day air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select are also available at an additional charge.

Discounts
Mylar Balloon Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are determined by the total number of mylars ordered on each individual order, regardless of mylar size. This includes the total number of mylars ordered and not the amount ordered per stock number. All “SALE” mylars and size categories are included as part of the cumulative total and apply toward the volume discount.

Returns
Products that are not useable due to manufactures' defects will be replaced when the merchandise is returned to our quality control department.

Returns must be made within 90 days from date of purchase. Products that have been misused will not be replaced.

Merchandise is replaced with merchandise; no credit or refund can be issued.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive the correct quantities, ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Seasonal merchandise is not returnable.

Please call for further instructions if you need to return merchandise.

A 15% restock fee may apply.

California Law
By accepting delivery of the ordered products, you consent to the jurisdiction of any court in the State of California and the laws of California.

Liability Policy
Your sole and exclusive remedy against HELIUM HAPPIES, INC. is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against HELIUM HAPPIES, INC. for incidental or consequential damages. Due to rapid order processing, additions or deletions to orders are not possible once an order is completed. PLEASE NOTE

Discounts
Foil Balloon
Volume discounts are determined by the total number of balloons ordered on each individual order, regardless of balloon size, This included the total number of balloons ordered and not the amount ordered per product number. All “SALE” balloons and size categories are included as part of the cumulative total and apply toward the volume discount. 18” packaged assortments and 2” –14” preinflated balloons do not apply toward volume discounts.

EXAMPLE
Please indicate size when giving product number.

If you order between 5 – 249 balloons, you will receive the first price listed on each balloon ordered.

If you order between 255 – 500 balloons, you will receive the second price listed on each balloon ordered.

If you order between 505-1000 Balloons, you will receive the third price listed on each balloon ordered.

If you order 1005 or more balloons, you will receive the fourth price listed on each balloon ordered.

The correct volume discount price of each balloon ordered is automatically calculated on your final invoice based upon the total number of balloons on the order.
